Star Citizen: Lorville - Leavsden Square Security Tower, L19 Residences, Leavsden Station - Lighting

I was responsible for a great portion of the Lorville City Lighting, which was part of the CitizenCon 2948 Keynote and 3.3.5 content update.
Addition: 3.10 update - Security searchlight animation&logic and Day/Night Light states
